Wolf Industries played a key role in the Fruit Valley Terrace project by designing and constructing the 21 modular homes that form the core of the community. Their prefabricated housing units, each approximately 315 square feet, were delivered and installed efficiently, allowing the site to be fully operational in a matter of months. Wolf’s expertise in compact, code-compliant structures helped keep costs low while ensuring durability, comfort, and livability for residents transitioning out of homelessness. Their contribution exemplifies how modular construction can accelerate the delivery of affordable housing solutions.
