Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-time Accounting Document Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering financial data related to receipts entries and bank transactions. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a basic understanding of accounting principles. 
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter receipts and invoices
  • Track down missing receipts from cardholder
  • Review bank transactions
  • Maintain organized digital files
  • Communicate with team to ensure proper record-keeping
Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in data entry or accounting not required but helpful
Schedule
20 – 25 hrs./week, Mon – Fri
Hours are flexible any time between 8am – 4pm
