Overview
The Receptionist/Sales Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role blends administrative support, customer service, and sales coordination to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing incoming communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting the sales team by processing orders, maintaining client records, and preparing sales reports.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in office software, and maintain a customer-focused approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests; direct visitors to the appropriate person/office.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area stocked with necessary materials.

  • Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, or via email.

  • Manage office security by following safety procedures and monitoring visitor access.

  • Update calendars and schedule sales meetings.

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

  • Handle large volumes of incoming calls and generate sales leads in the CRM

  • Identify and address customer needs to ensure 5-star satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

  • High school degree

Schedule
35 – 40 hrs./week, Mon – Fri, 8:00a – 4:30p
