Warranty Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Warranty Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing warranty repairs on newly constructed homes by traveling to customers’ residences. You will assess, diagnose, and resolve warranty-related issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service to homeowners.

• Travel to homeowners’ locations to perform warranty repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair construction-related issues covered under warranty, such as drywall, carpentry, plumbing, appliances, or minor electrical fixes.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain repair processes and set expectations
• Maintain detailed records of competed work and report findings to the appropriate teams
• Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards.
• Manage tools, materials, and scheduled to complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members.
