Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Salmon Creek, WA

This customer happened to be a professional home inspector – he must’ve known we build some great quality homes since he purchased one of our homes to use as a rental.

The site was one of the homesteads before the current subdivision was built, so there were some challenges to deal with during the permitting process.

With Clark County, we had to ask for an exception to their rule. This happens very rarely, but in this case, Clark County granted us an exception!

Our setup and delivery team had their work cut out for them since there were some huge cedar trees on site that had to be maneuvered around.
