The Model H is our first multi-unit tiny home. Offering 2 studio layouts, each unit is over 300 square feet large and contains a dedicated bathroom, full-size kitchen and laundry space. Ideal for high-density areas and investment rentals, the Model H is an affordable housing solution that doesn’t sacrifice on comfort.
Meeting the same quality standards as our other units, the Model H is a prefab duplex built to International Residential Code – featuring an energy efficient design, superior wood construction and even including an HVAC unit and tankless water heater.
