In looking online for an ADU contractor, I came across many but Wolf Industries website impressed me with the start to finish thoroughness with photos and illustrations. Because I was 3,000 miles from where the manufactured home would be placed, I had to rely on a company that would work out, site work and interior/exterior finishing. Wolf Industries exceeded my expectations in all categories. From initial contact with Kelsey, Leah, and Jason-the progress started. Even though there were delays-not of Wolf’s doing-we were completely satisfied with the final product. Taylor Huegel was instrumental in communicating with neighbors in the area, which helped immensely in mitigating any communication issues that arose during actual site work because we were not in the area to help. As an aside, we stopped by the production facility in Battle Ground, Washington, and were impressed with the precision, cleanliness, and smoothness with which Wolf operated. All in all, I would recommend Wolf Industries without hesitation!

Recently I celebrated one year in my WOLF ADU - I LOVE IT and am so happy to have this space. It is a beautiful, well built home for my retirement. My experience from touring their factory, seeing what was possible, NOT dealing with permits, placing the home went on the lot went smoothly. A few hiccups that needed addressing were worked out but WOLF took care of them. I would highly recommend them if you want a tiny house.

We have now been in our Wolf Model J for a few months, and we are absolutely loving it. After selling our family home of 30 years, we purchased a property in the country that had everything we wanted—except a house. We knew we wanted something smaller and began searching online, which is when we discovered Wolf. We scheduled a tour with Kirsten, and everything went smoothly from there. From selecting our options to permitting, site preparation, the foundation, and finally the delivery of our home, the entire process was seamless. The team kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and excellent communication. Thank you to everyone at Wolf—Kirsten, Adrian, Nick, and so many others. We truly appreciate your hard work, dedication, and commitment to making this experience such a positive one. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

Moving into our new Model I right now! The Wolf Team was absolutely fantastic to work with. Kirsten made the design and scheduling really easy and Tyler is an excellent project manager who kept us very well informed throughout the entire build process. Leah handled the permitting, including having to navigate a difficult challenge of our entire property being designated as critical habitat. We placed our new Wolf home behind our existing residence, so we had a lot of interaction with the installation crew who were all very courteous. Wolf’s excavator Operator, Clay, is a true master of his craft. That bucket was like an extension of his arm. Thank you Wolf Team for making this dream come true.

From my first contact with the Wolf team throughout the whole process was a great experience. They take care of everything and each team, from start up, permitting, foundation etc., did a great job communicating with me. You can see how much pride they have in their work and how they want a great client experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Wolf Industries from start to finish. They completed our home faster than we expected and came in under budget—something we had rarely, if ever, heard from anyone who had built a house. Because we were managing the project from out of state, with some of us in Texas and others in Tennessee, the process required a tremendous amount of trust. Wolf’s expertise, communication, and transparency made us feel assured and involved throughout the entire project. Kelsey clearly walked us through the process and remained patient while we explored other options. Ultimately, we realized Wolf was the best choice. Even while we were deciding, Kelsey continued thinking about our project and recognized that Wolf’s new shed-roof design would make the house an even better fit for our location. Once we reached permitting, Noelle provided weekly updates so we always understood where things stood and what to expect next. Permitting also came in well under budget—a very welcome surprise! While the house was being constructed in the workshop, the build team continued sending weekly updates and photographs so we could watch our home come together from across the country. Then came the on-site work led by Tyler, and we truly cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Tyler was communicative, honest, responsive, and exceptionally good at his work. We received weekly updates, as well as texts while the team was on the property, and Tyler thoughtfully answered every question we had, whether large or small. Because we were out of state, he even conducted a virtual walkthrough of the completed home, saving us the time and expense of traveling to the site. He also managed the relationships with our septic contractor and the county’s electrical team—and somehow brought this phase of the project in under budget as well. Near the end of the process, we encountered an unexpected county issue involving an egress requirement. Although this was a county issue rather than a Wolf issue, Tyler and his team acted quickly to find a solution so we could close out our construction loan on schedule. If a Wolf home fits your needs, we recommend them without hesitation. Homebuilding is often described as stressful and intimidating, but Wolf Industries made the entire process feel remarkably easy—even from Tennessee and Texas. We are incredibly grateful to Kelsey, Noelle, Tyler, and the entire Wolf team for making our home a reality.

Posted on Google · Model E, island property
We had Wolf Industries build a Model E house for our island property. We have built and remodeled houses so understand many of the challenges and frustrations, particularly with a ferry dependent location. We went with the turnkey option so the frustrations would be Wolf’s challenges, not ours. They did well. Someone at Wolf always answered the phone, an email, a text, in a timely manner, with a great attitude and knowledgeable response. Before we committed we brought a friend who is an experienced contractor with us to the Wolf factory for a tour. There we could walk down the construction line to see how each house is built from the floor up. There are good and bad ways to meet modern building and energy codes. Our friend said Wolf’s houses were built right so we signed a contract. As any one who has been involved with building a house knows, things will happen that weren’t planned, and one of the hallmarks of a good contractor is how they handle the unexpected. Though, with Wolf, this refers to the fieldwork, the trenching for power, water, septic, and foundation, including the cement pour, and the final inspection. Their house construction is a known quantity, done so many times that any problems were figured out many houses ago. The field work is an unknown with inherent challenges since each building site is unique. Any problems that came up were dealt with promptly and well. One example, the appliance delivery people—not Wolf, put an ugly gouge in the new flooring. The Wolf team moved the stove, pulled the flooring and replaced the damaged pieces even though it wasn’t their fault. They wanted to give us a perfect house. Well done and thanks, Tyler and crew, and all the Wolf folks.

UPDATE: 1/28/2026 - It was a long, but worth it journey. What we have heard is our project was maybe one of the more difficult ones, due to the city we were working in and waiting on electricity permits. We are so happy with the product and were thrilled to be able to “build” our “starter” home! Special thanks to Juan and Omar who were on site whenever we visited, their craftsmanship is amazing. Thank you, Wolf! Original: We just closed on buying a piece of land and Wolf helped with every step of the process. My husband and I wanted to think outside the box in “building” our first home and still maintain the budget we could afford. Wolf helps you do that. They care for their clients like they are family, I have never felt more assured or cared for by any company. I have worked for a company similarly to Wolf before (family owned and operated), I can tell everyone here loves what they do. Though we are scheduled for May, with the house being set around June; I cannot wait and know it will be perfect! Special thank you to Jahnee and Kirsten - who answer all my crazy and scared questions in this process. I have recommended them to everyone I know, truly you are in the BEST care in starting your tiny house journey.
