Tiny Homes in Ocean Park Washington

With a beach cabin / investment rental in mind, a Model C 10′ x 40′ tiny home was selected as the solution.  While the largest 1 bedroom offered the most features of the lineup, we still wanted more.  So we built a 10×10 covered porch that will allow for BBQ or grill along with a picnic table.  Having a move in ready home solves one of the inherent challenges with buying a raw piece of land & then adding septic, water and sewer.  Combined with the fact that our homes can be used as collateral in conventional financing when placed on real property, the Model C wound a being a win all around!
