When we say turn-key ready, we mean it!
From start to finish, we are here to make the home buying process as simple and stress free as possible. This includes our payment process.
The payment timeline is set as 6 easy-to-follow payments throughout your project. Whether you are funding your project through a loan or cash, every project follows the same payment structure.
Each of the 3 phases has a deposit and closeout payment.
- Payment 1 – Congratulations! You have chosen to purchase a Wolf Industries home! The first payment happens at the contract signing and is approximately $2k – $3k. This payment does two things.
- First, it covers the cost of our Permit Service Fee to hire us as your Permitting Team, to apply for your permits.
- Second, it reserves a spot for you in our production queue, giving you an estimated production start date.
- Payment 2 – This is the Permit Closeout which covers the cost of the actual permits themselves. Cost varies based on project and jurisdiction requirements but is estimated in your contract signing. Timing of this payment is dependent on how long your jurisdiction takes for the permit process.
- Payment 3 – After permits have been issued, we can move into Phase 2 – Home Construction. We schedule a Pre-production meeting about three weeks before your estimated production date. This meeting takes around 2 – 3 hours and finalizes all the details of your home, including the fun stuff like paint colors! The 25% Production Deposit is collected based on the final home cost determined in this meeting.
- Payment 4 – A home takes about four weeks to complete on our production line. When your home is finished, the remaining 75% Production Closeout payment is due. Phase 2 is now complete!
- Payment 5 – You are now in Phase 3! After the home build is complete an Initial Site Visit is scheduled. The 50% Delivery & Setup Deposit is required at this time to start site work.
- Payment 6 – Your house has been delivered, set, connected and tested. We hand you the keys and the remaining 50% Delivery & Setup Closeout payment is due.
