Your new home is a major investment, and our goal is for you to feel supported well after delivery day. At Wolf Industries, we guide customers through a streamlined process from proposal and permitting through production, delivery, setup, and final inspection when we hand off the keys to your Wolf home. That same clear, hands-on approach carries into post-delivery support as well. Our team handles the project from start to finish and begins the warranty period after delivery and final documentation are complete.
Wolf offers a 1-year warranty on all Wolf homes. This coverage is intended to address defective construction and materials in accordance with usual industry standards from one year after final inspection is done and occupancy has been granted. The warranty is available only to the original buyer, is not transferable, and becomes void on anything in the home has been altered. Customer-installed or customer-supplied items are not covered.
During the warranty period, coverage includes items such as qualifying construction defects, standard-option appliances for six months, nail pops and normal settlement-related wall and ceiling cracks for one year, and qualifying caulking at exterior and wet-area locations for one year. Wolf retains discretion over repair method, repair materials, or replacement, and in some cases may elect to make a cash adjustment.
New homes naturally go through a settling period. Minor shrinkage, settlement, cosmetic cracking, and changes in materials due to temperature, humidity, and weather exposure can be a normal part of home performance during the first year. For that reason, some items may be covered only within defined limits, while other normal aging and wear conditions are not warrantable.
Like most home warranties, the Wolf Home Warranty does not cover every condition that may appear after move-in. Exclusions include, among other things, bodily injury, property damage, consequential damages, Acts of God, normal weathering and aging, cosmetic surface damage not noted on the final punch list, glass breakage or scratches, screen damage, floor squeaks, many normal concrete and masonry cracks, drainage issues not timely reported, landscaping and irrigation maintenance, telephone and cable hookups, pest or animal damage, improper use, lack of maintenance, and work performed by the buyer or third parties outside the contract. Plumbing items such as dripping faucets, stopped drains, and running toilets are limited to 30 days from possession or closing.
Appliances supplied by Wolf as standard options are covered by Wolf for six months. After that period, any remaining manufacturer warranty on those consumer products passes through to the buyer, and those warranties become the responsibility of the appliance manufacturer.
