Why Wolf
Wolf employees work across design, permitting, factory production, site work, delivery, and installation. What you work on leaves the shop as a finished home that a family moves into.
Wolf is a family-owned Pacific Northwest business. Decisions get made down the hall, the owners know the crew by name, and good work gets noticed.
Most of our production happens inside a climate-controlled factory. Rain doesn’t stop the build, and the work is steady through the season.
Apprentices move into the trades, and crew members move up to foreman. We train and promote from inside whenever we can.

Why
Building a home shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. We take on the zoning, permits, utilities, and site work, so the owner gets the home without running the project.
How
In Washington and Oregon, Wolf employees handle the property review, design, permits, factory build, site work, delivery, installation, and warranty, with third-party specialists when the property or jurisdiction requires them. Outside those two states, we build and deliver the home and a local contractor takes the site work.
What
Home plans from 307 to 1,232 sq ft, built to residential code in our factory and set on a permanent foundation.
