We build modular homes, ADUs (accessory dwelling units), and tiny homes for homeowners across Washington, Oregon and beyond. Our turn-key service covers Washington and Oregon, where Wolf employees handle the full process: property review, engineering, permits, factory construction, site work, delivery, and installation. Some projects require third-party services, such as surveys or septic design and installation, depending on the property and jurisdiction.
Beyond those two states, Wolf builds, delivers, and sets the home. Local contractors complete the site work and utility connections.
