Project Review & Proposal
After a consultation and factory tour, we’ll sit down and talk about the specifics of your site and outline our process. Based on our research of your property, we’ll select a plan that meets your needs and discuss any modifications or specific options you choose that will make your house a home. We’ll use this information to produce a schedule from start to finish. Your quote includes your payment timeline and any additional costs for permitting, delivery, and setup if you choose to utilize those options. From there, you take your proposal and get back to us – no pressure.

Permitting
If you choose to utilize our Permitting Experts, the permitting process is taken care of by our expert permitting team. This phase consists of putting together your file, drawing the erosion control and site plans, coordinating utility connections, and drafting the storm water conveyance plan. These documents are then assembled into a permit packet to be submitted to your jurisdiction and adjusted and resubmitted as needed. Our guarantee is that if a permit isn’t possible – we’ll refund you the difference.

Factory Production
Construction of your home and legal inspection occurs entirely at our facilities. There are 4 stages of the construction / inspection process that occur over a 3-to-4-week period.

The Field Team begins site work within two weeks of receiving permits from your jurisdiction. During this process our field team will:
