Proposal

Get Started with a Free, No-Obligation Proposal

Tiny home instead of assisted living

After completing a factory tour or phone consultation, we’ll have reviewed some basic details of your site and project with your sales representative at Wolf.

To get started we’ll draft a proposal, outlining the costs and requirements associated with your project. For a turn-key home, this means outlining the entire process from start to finish. This not only helps provide a comprehensive guide to planning, producing and installing your home – but also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

To create your proposal we’ll review the 3 phases of your project in more detail together.

Making the Dream a Reality

First, we review the required permit applications and their related fees. Your sales representative will use the information available online and knowledge from our previous projects to estimate your jurisdiction’s permit fees, and the related permit services labor charges involved.

Next we will review the details of your home. Together, we’ll decide on the model, roof style, location, and orientation of your home on your property, as well as the deck sizes, and locations. Your sales representative will be there to ensure we meet the required setbacks and place the home in an ideal location for delivery while doing our best to reach your desired location. We’ll also review the available upgrade options for your home. You’ll make the selections you’d like for your build, and we’ll include them in your quote. We suggest including all the upgrade options you’re interested in, to begin with. Then we can pair down any items that may not fit inside of your budget.  The most important items to decide on at the kick-off of your project are the model, roof style, deck sizes, location(s), and orientation(s). The upgrade / design elements can be nailed down at your pre-production appointment.

Then, we review the delivery and site-specific work for your project. We’ll review the distance to your site, utility connection details, topography, tree removal, demolition, excavation, and any other details related to your project. This information helps us to include related estimates to your agreement, so your quote is as accurate as possible. Your sales representative is an expert in this area and will be able to navigate you through this process. No need to worry too much about these details, we’ll guide you through them!

At the end of your Quoting Appointment, you’ll leave with a comprehensive quote for your project. If you decide to move forward, your quote is signed and becomes the kick-off to your exciting project!  Then, you can let us take it from there!
