Factory tour
Inside the Wolf shop
Take a tour of the Wolf shop in Battle Ground, where our team handles your modular home, ADU (accessory dwelling unit), or tiny home from permits and framing through the finishing touches.
Below are 73 photos and two video tours. In-person tours run on weekdays, and if your own home is on the line you can watch it come together.

Station by station
What you will see on the line
Design center
Pick cabinets, counters, flooring, siding, and roof colors from real samples before anything is ordered.
Framing & roofing
Floors, walls, gables, sheathing, and insulation on jigs, indoors, in a fixed sequence.
Siding, drywall & paint
Exterior siding, taped drywall, and a dedicated spray bay so finishes never meet the weather.
Finishing & the yard
Flooring, trim, fixtures, and hookups, then out the door to the west yard to wait for delivery day.

Arrival & front office
The corner of 5th and Eaton, the front lobby where every tour starts, and the offices where sales, purchasing, and receiving keep each project moving.
Design center
Where you pick finishes: cabinet doors, counter tops, flooring samples, and the options wall you will walk with your sales rep.
Materials, cutting & staging
Fasteners, trim, and lumber are cut and staged beside the line so framing crews never wait on material, plus the customer-supplies area and the special-projects bay.
Framing
Floors, walls, and gables go together on jigs under a roof, then the house rolls to the next station.
Roofing & insulation
Sheathing, insulation, and the roof finish. Composite shingles are standard; standing-seam metal and cedar gable accents are upgrades.
Siding, drywall & paint
Siding goes on, drywall is hung and taped, and the whole house is sprayed in a dedicated paint bay.
Finishing
Flooring, trim, fixtures, the power box and hose bibs: the final station before a home is ~92% complete and ready to roll out the door.
Yard, delivery & aerials
Finished homes staged in the west yard, the trucks that carry them, and drone views of the shop and yards.
