Factory Production Any Available (AM or PM)

As a Factory Production Employee, you play a critical role in the manufacturing process of modular homes. This position involves working in a team-oriented environment to construct homes from the ground up in a controlled factory setting. You will contribute to various phases of production, including framing, plumbing, electrical work, insulation, siding, and interior finishes.

• Skills and knowledge in the construction field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
