Not a Mobile Home
There’s often confusion between modular homes and mobile or manufactured homes. They are not the same. Wolf homes are permanent, high-quality structures built to the same codes as regular houses. Customers can see the difference right away, in the design, the materials, and the care put into every build.
When you’re buying a Wolf modular home, you’re buying the same quality (or better) of home you would get if you purchased a traditional built home on site. We simply build it off-site in controlled environment and then move it to your property afterwards and place it on a traditional foundation.

Back in 2017, the company set a big goal: build 740 homes by the end of 2027. Wolf recently build their 500 home and that initial goal is already close to being met, so it’s been raised to 900 homes by the end of 2027!
