From first site check to final setup, Wolf employees design, permit, factory-build, deliver, install, and support your home across Washington and Oregon. Farther out, we deliver and set the home, and a local contractor does the site work. Our ADUs (accessory dwelling units) and tiny homes use the same modular construction process. Depending on your property and local rules, outside specialists may be needed for work such as land surveys or septic design and installation.

Choose your floor plan and options. Wolf employees prepare your permit packet, submit it to the appropriate jurisdiction, and provide weekly updates during permitting.

Factory Build
Wolf employees build your home indoors at our Battle Ground factory, with dedicated trades, quality checks at each stage, and weekly updates from the shop manager.

Site Prep & Delivery
In Washington and Oregon, Wolf employees prepare the site and foundation, deliver and set your home, and connect utilities. Depending on your property and local rules, outside specialists may be needed for work such as land surveys or septic design and installation. On projects farther away, Wolf still delivers and sets the home, and local contractors handle site work and utility connections.

Wolf employees handle the final walkthrough, a one-year workmanship warranty, and continued workmanship support for years afterward.

Where we build
We mostly take on projects within about a 200-mile drive of our shop in Battle Ground, Washington. This is our main service area, not a firm cutoff. In Washington and Oregon, our own team can handle property review, home design, permits, factory construction, site preparation, delivery, and installation. The work we can handle depends on your property, delivery access, local building rules, and the scope we agree on together. Depending on your property and local rules, outside specialists may be needed for work such as land surveys or septic design and installation. Outside Washington and Oregon, we build and deliver the home; local contractors handle site preparation and utility connections. We take on projects up to 1,000 miles away when delivery trucks can reach the site and local rules allow our factory-built homes. We have delivered homes to California, Idaho, and Alaska. We can also consider deliveries to Montana and Nevada once the required state approvals are in place. In these states, Wolf builds and delivers the home, and local contractors prepare the land and connect water, power, and sewer. Before recommending a home plan or timeline, we check the rules for your project location. California requires additional state energy and housing reviews (Title 24 and HCD). Idaho requires special building-plan approval. Montana and Nevada require state approval before our first delivery there. Alaska requirements depend on the city or local area.
