With a 2 acre lot in Ariel Washington, this customer approached Wolf Industries with the desire to add a modular vacation home that took advantage of the properties gorgeous view. Because they occasionally have guests, a 615 square foot 2-bedroom Model E, known to many as a tiny mansion, was permitted as the primary structure.

The customer opted for a cabin style design, including a color scheme to match the surrounding area and pine accents. In addition to the home itself, a modular deck was constructed and assembled on site, helping to speed up build times. While their main dwelling is in Vancouver Washington, we helped to ensure they had a true home away from home.
