We designed the Model L to offer practical full-time living in a compact footprint that still feels like a real home. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular home is 980 square feet and includes the features many homeowners are looking for, including a full living room, vaulted ceilings, a dedicated laundry and mud room, a covered porch, and the option for an ADA-friendly layout. We also include HVAC, an electric water heater, and granite or quartz countertops.
