Overview
We are seeking an addition to our Prefab team. What is prefab? This is the team that does all the pre-work for several stages of production from pre-cutting lumber to putting together a kitchen sink and electrical panel; they make it easier for our production team to grab and go the items they need. 
Responsibilities
  • Tiger Stop and Framing will be the main focus

  • Develop new ideas and prefab items

  • Be able to create multiple instructive build sheets/binders and keep them up to date

  • Be able to juggle multiple stages needs while keeping up with regular prefab inventory

  • Be able to meticulously build small items including for electrical and plumbing

  • Be detail-oriented

  • Be willing to grow and improve with the company (prefab has the potential to be one of the largest stages and keeps the production line moving)

  • Be able to articulate the ongoing needs, changes and challenges facing prefab during weekly meetings

  • Be eager to learn, to take constructive criticism

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in general construction

  • Skilled in using hand power tools relevant to electrical work

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 40-50 hrs./week, depending on project requirements.
