Field Service

Overview
Wolf Industries is looking for Field Service Employees to support our on-site building projects. In this role, you’ll help complete installations and finish work safely, on time, and according to project requirements. You’ll work alongside supervisors and team members to carry out daily tasks and ensure high-quality results for our customers.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with on-site construction – excavation, foundations, utility trenching and setup, modular home installation, and finishing tasks

  • Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to overall project success

  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and report any hazards immediately

  • Ensure work meets Wolf Industries’ quality standards and project specifications

  • Support the team in keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials

  • Ability to read and follow simple blueprints or specifications a plus

  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities

  • Physically able to perform construction tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions

  • Commitment to following safety procedures at all times

Education and Certifications

A high school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in construction management, carpentry, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Conditions

This role is primarily based on construction sites, with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and potential hazards. Travel to job sites across Oregon and Washington, approximately 60 percent of the time, is required. Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.

Schedule

The position involves 10-hour day shifts, Monday – Friday, with on-call availability and potential overtime.
