Develop new ideas and prefab items
Be able to create multiple instructive build sheets/binders and keep them up to date
Be able to juggle multiple stages needs while keeping up with regular prefab inventory
Be able to meticulously build small items including for electrical and plumbing
Be detail-oriented
Be willing to grow and improve with the company (prefab has the potential to be one of the largest stages and keeps the production line moving)
Be able to articulate the ongoing needs, changes and challenges facing prefab during weekly meetings
Be eager to learn, to take constructive criticism
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in general construction
Skilled in using hand power tools relevant to electrical work
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
