Featuring a rich cultural heritage, the Pudget Sound area has been a booming tourist attraction since the dot-com era of the mid-1990s. Though companies like Amazon and Microsoft have driven living-costs in King, Pierce and Kitsap counties, there have been ample openings for tiny homes and other means of affordable housing in Clallam county.

With a lack of local, affordable lodging in the area, the airstrip in Sequim Washington made for an excellent investment opportunity.
