Featuring a rich cultural heritage, the Pudget Sound area has been a booming tourist attraction since the dot-com era of the mid-1990s. Though companies like Amazon and Microsoft have driven living-costs in King, Pierce and Kitsap counties, there have been ample openings for tiny homes and other means of affordable housing in Clallam county.

With a lack of local, affordable lodging in the area, the airstrip in Sequim Washington made for an excellent investment opportunity. A pair of permittable, legal tiny homes to list on Airbnb only made sense all the way around. A Model B 10′ x 30′ tiny home was selected as the solution of choice for a few reasons.  The overnight usage of a cabin doesn’t need massive space; plus, a cute cabin feels cozy when it’s all lit up at night. With its low-cost, the owner was quick to see a return on investment, with both tiny homes regularly booked 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
