Field Service Foreman
Lead the crew that sets our homes. You run the site, keep it safe, and answer for the finished work.
You’ve run sites before, and now you’d run the crew that finishes our homes. As Field Service Foreman you take a prepared lot through foundation, delivery, and setup until the home is set, connected, and ready to live in.
You’ll plan the day, lead the crew, keep the site safe, and keep the office and the customer updated. You’re often the first person from Wolf the customer meets on site, so being good with people matters as much as knowing the work.
What you’ll do
- Lead a field crew through site prep, foundation, delivery, and setup
- Plan the day, sequence the work, and keep the project moving
- Own job-site safety and make sure the crew goes home safe
- Read site plans and coordinate utilities, access, and inspections
- Communicate status clearly with the office and the customer
- Train and mentor newer crew members
- Solve the problems a real site throws at you
What we’re looking for
- Field construction experience, ideally including modular or site work
- Experience leading a crew or ready to step up into it
- Valid CDL (or ability to obtain) preferred
- Strong safety habits and the judgment to enforce them
- Reliable, organized, and good with people
- Comfortable with outdoor work in all conditions
Schedule & location
Full-time, daytime hours, with travel to sites across Washington and Oregon.
