Assist with plumbing rough-in and finish on modular homes

Learn to run supply, drain, waste, and vent systems to code

Cut, fit, and assemble pipe under a journeyman’s direction

Keep your station clean, stocked, and safe

Follow the build schedule and quality standards

Soak up the trade and take on more as you grow

A willingness to learn and show up reliably

Good hands, attention to detail, and a safety mindset

Able to do physical work on your feet

No plumbing experience required — we’ll train you

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule & location

Full-time, daytime shift in the climate-controlled Battle Ground factory.
