Our core values

The values behind every Wolf home

Walk through the Wolf shop at 7:15 a.m. and you’ll catch the morning huddle: the plan for the day, the permitting update, and the delivery checklist.

Our values are built into how we run every job. For you, that means fewer surprises, cleaner handoffs between teams, and a well-built home that arrives when we said it would.

Our purpose

Why Wolf exists

Wolf’s purpose, in the company’s words. The four values below are how the crew lives up to it.

Why

We’re passionate about simplifying challenges to experience extraordinary.

Building a home shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. We take on the zoning, permits, utilities, and site work, so the owner gets the home without running the project.

How

Understanding and controlling the entire process

In Washington and Oregon, Wolf employees handle the property review, design, permits, factory build, site work, delivery, installation, and warranty, with third-party specialists when the property or jurisdiction requires them.

What

Small modular homes

Home plans from 307 to 1,232 sq ft, built to residential code in our factory and set on a permanent foundation.

The four values

What we hire for and how we work

Wolf’s core values, in the company’s words.

01

We Seek Solutions

  • We try

We ask questions, explore possibilities, and innovate to solve problems.

  • We improve

We challenge the status quo and continuously look for better ways to work.

  • We grow

We focus on learning, development, and long-term growth with the company.

02

We Own It

  • We commit

We do what we say, finish what we start, and do things the right way every time.

  • We take initiative

We learn quickly, deliver quality work, earn trust, and anticipate the next step.

  • We act with integrity

We take responsibility, avoid blaming, and do the right thing even when no one is watching.

03

We Move with Urgency

  • We work with purpose

We focus on what matters most and avoid wasted time or effort.

  • We push for productivity

We work hard, move quickly, and look for ways to get more done without sacrificing safety or quality.

  • We raise the bar

We challenge ourselves and each other to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently every day.

04

We Stay Positive

We communicate openly, debate respectfully, and give constructive feedback for the greater good.

  • We show confidence with humility

We believe in our abilities without arrogance.

  • We show respect

We treat everyone with respect at all times, even when we disagree.

At the end of the day, we’re only as good as our people and good people that fit our core values make our days fly by!

In practice

How values drive the Wolf process

The same four values, stage by stage, from the first conversation to the warranty call.

  1. Stage 1

    Feasibility & proposal

We start with your goals, your site, and your timeline. We Seek Solutions shapes the questions we ask: How will the home tie into existing utilities? What crane radius can we work with? Which setbacks or overlays apply? The proposal you get reflects those site constraints and the real cost.

  2. Stage 2

    Permitting

Rules change by jurisdiction. Under We Own It, our permit team tracks every detail, coordinates with the agencies, and stands in line so you don’t have to. We document each step and keep you updated in plain language.

    How this stage works →
  3. Stage 3

    Factory production

Homes are built indoors in sequenced stages, with quality checks along the way. We Move with Urgency here: work hard and move quickly without sacrificing safety or quality. Staging, jigs, and material flow cut wasted steps, which keeps quality consistent and the schedule reliable.

    How this stage works →
  4. Stage 4

    Delivery, set & finish

On delivery day, We Stay Positive keeps on-site coordination respectful, We Own It keeps safety first, and We Seek Solutions shows up in logistics, access planning, and a house built to fit the conditions of your property.

    How this stage works →
  5. Stage 5

    Aftercare & warranty

We Own It carries past move-in. If you need us under warranty, we answer, schedule a visit, and make the repair.

Results

We judge ourselves by outcomes

We look for a schedule you can plan around, a build that holds up to daily use and the Pacific Northwest climate, and a delivery, finish, and handover that go smoothly.

You can see it in the quality of our homes, the reviews from happy owners, and the employees who build careers at Wolf and stay for years.

A finished Wolf modular home on its site

Why this matters to you

Modular is supposed to be simpler

Modular should mean a clear plan, a controlled build, and faster delivery. That only works when the builder’s crews work that way every day.

  • When your team seeks solutions, they ask questions and look for better ways to work.
  • When your team owns it, they finish what they start and do it the right way.
  • When your team moves with urgency, they get more done without sacrificing safety or quality.
  • When your team stays positive, they work as one team and treat people with respect.

You’ll notice it on calls, at check-ins, and at each milestone from delivery to final handover. See how each step works in the Wolf process.
