Factory Production — 1st Shift
Build homes indoors on our day shift — framing, drywall, siding, flooring, and finish.
Our day shift builds homes indoors, 6:30am to 4:30pm, so you’re done by mid-afternoon. You’ll work a station on the line in the Battle Ground factory, out of the rain.
Trade experience helps, but it isn’t required. We’ll train you on one station, cross-train you on others, and move you up as you learn.
What you’ll do
- Work a station on the production line — framing, rough-in, drywall, siding, flooring, or finish
- Build to the plan and to our quality standards
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
- Hit the day’s build targets as part of a team
- Cross-train across stations as you grow
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards
What we’re looking for
- Reliable, on time, and ready to work
- Some construction or hands-on trade experience is a plus, not required
- Able to do physical work on your feet through the shift
- A team player who takes pride in the work
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule & location
1st shift, roughly 6:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, in the Battle Ground factory.
