Work a station on the production line — framing, rough-in, drywall, siding, flooring, or finish

Build to the plan and to our quality standards

Keep your area clean, organized, and safe

Hit the shift’s build targets as part of a team

Cross-train across stations as you grow

Follow all safety procedures and report hazards

What we’re looking for

Reliable, on time, and ready to work

Some construction or hands-on trade experience is a plus, not required

Able to do physical work on your feet through the shift

A team player who takes pride in the work

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule & location

2nd shift, roughly 12:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday, in the Battle Ground factory.

Factory Production — 2nd Shift
