Completed field-work ranges and permit timelines by area
Every Wolf home is built inside our Battle Ground, Washington factory under state-inspected IRC (International Residential Code) modular standards, so the price of the home itself stays consistent. What changes from city to city is the permit review window, local impact fees, and the site work required to prepare your foundation and connect utilities.
The table below summarizes completed Wolf turnkey site, foundation, utility, and permitting budgets from 236 projects (2023–2026) alongside typical local permit review and field schedules.
