Tiny Home in Bremerton Washington

A short ferry ride from Seattle Washington, Bremerton is the biggest city in the Kitsap County with an incorporation date of October 15th 1901. Due to substantial growth in the area, the customer was interested in the possibility of utilizing a prefabricated modular tiny home on their existing property as an investment.

Though a model B would fit the available square footage, a model C was selected to maximize living space and improve market appeal by allowing for more than one personal to reside in the unit comfortably. In addition to the home itself, upgrades such as a covered porch were added – a welcome addition in the rainy pacific northwest.
