Modular Housing In Rural Alaska

Modular Arctic Living

A modular cottage community built for residents of a remote Alaska community where local site construction isn’t possible.

Instead of waiting years for materials and crews to reach a location most builders can’t easily get to,Wolf Industries offers a different path homes built off-site under controlled conditions, then delivered and set in place once conditions allow.

Each home is a standalone residence, fully finished before it ever leaves the shop floor, built to withstand the demands of Alaska’s climate. Residents get the security of a permanent, code-built home without the years-long timeline and risk of trying to construct on-site in a location with no local contractors, no easy material access, and a short building season.

This project reflects a commitment to bringing quality housing to communities the traditional construction industry can’t reach  proof that remote doesn’t have to mean without options.
