A newly built, private home 5 minutes east of Hood River and White Salmon in sunny Bingen, WA. It works well for kids: one block to the Bingen city park with a play structure, fields, a basketball court, a skate park, and more, and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. A well-behaved dog is welcome with a $25 pet fee.
This compact two-bedroom, one-bathroom modular home was built in 2022. The house is filled with light year-round, and the bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the house for privacy. The console table doubles as a dining table with drop-leaf hinges to seat four, and the large deck and patio give you plenty of room to spread out.
